Terms of service
Seller. The legal seller, tax identification and address are displayed on this page. ISDORA is a trading identity, not a public astronomical authority. New registrations are available only when payments are enabled.
Product. You purchase a dedication and an exclusive alias allocation within ISDORA, subject to availability and administrative approval. A binary dedication assigns individual component aliases. The purchase includes the personal page, English certificate, booklet in the selected language and available observing tools. Personal text is reproduced in the language entered. The checkout identifies the selected duration, package, currency and total price, including the shipping charge where applicable.
Term. Two-year registrations run from activation. We send renewal reminders unless you disable them; renewal is prepaid and there are no automatic renewal charges in this version. After expiry there is a 30-day grace period before the astronomical object may become available again. Historical documents and alias links are preserved according to the registry policy. Permanent means no scheduled expiry while ISDORA continues to operate; it is not a guarantee of perpetual business operation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Ordering and delivery. Email verification and payment precede administrative review; payment alone does not publish the dedication. We check the dedication, booklet and certificate before notifying you by email with your access link and QR. Do not submit unlawful content or personal information you are not entitled to provide. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will contact you to resolve it or refund the unfulfilled purchase. Physical availability and delivery charges are confirmed before payment. Dispatch and tracking are separate from digital delivery. Physical gifts are prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation and receipt of the information needed for personalisation. Carrier transit time is additional; its estimate is shown when selecting shipping.
Submitted content and AI. Do not include contact details, identity documents, sensitive or confidential information in your dedication. Only provide names and text you are entitled to share, and inform other people whose data you provide. You are responsible for the content you submit; this does not remove ISDORA’s own data protection obligations. To personalise the booklet, we may process names and dedication text through OpenRouter and the selected model provider, with human review before publication. Content moderation. Aliases and dedications must not contain unlawful material, threats, harassment, racist or discriminatory abuse, incitement to hatred or violence, sexual exploitation or abuse, content that endangers minors, or infringements of privacy, image or intellectual property rights. Gratuitously abusive or degrading content is also prohibited. We review dedications before publication and may request changes, reject content, restrict access or remove offending passages or the dedication when necessary and proportionate. Except where urgent action or a legal restriction prevents it, we will explain the reason and allow you to request review at contact@isdora.com. Reports should identify the relevant registration or page, explain the issue and provide contact details for a response; do not attach illegal material. Removal does not automatically eliminate statutory refund or consumer rights.
Billing. Order documents are available through private order management when issued. You can request PDF invoices by email there, or contact contact@isdora.com for billing details or corrections. Fiscal documents identify the legal seller.
Voluntary cancellation. Before the dedication is published you may request cancellation of the complete order. After publication you may request cancellation of a physical gift which has not been dispatched. Other cases, including statutory withdrawal, non-conformity, duplicate payments and payment disputes, are reviewed by administration. Submit a request using the private management link or contact@isdora.com. These rules do not waive statutory rights. Publication alone is not treated as consent to lose a statutory withdrawal right. Any legally required express consent must be obtained separately.
Refunds. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through the payment provider. A pending provider response is not confirmation that money has been returned. Physical-only cancellation preserves the digital dedication; the approved refund must identify the gift and shipping amounts being returned. We confirm the outcome by email. Revocation of the registry allocation is a separate recorded administrative action. The applicable statutory refund deadlines take precedence.
Access and sharing. The private link and QR are bearer credentials: anyone you share them with can access the dedication. Your email and billing details are not published in the registry. An alias and the corresponding astronomical object can be publicly searchable. Keep the private link secure and contact us if it needs revocation.
Complaints and rights. Contact contact@isdora.com or the seller address shown here. Nothing in these conditions removes mandatory consumer protections or access to the competent courts. For privacy rights consult the Privacy page. The version accepted at checkout is stored with the order.
