Controller. The legal seller identified on this page is responsible for processing; contact contact@isdora.com. When payments are disabled, configuring a dedication does not create a request or send your text to an AI provider. Technical session and security data are still processed to operate and protect the website.
Purposes and legal bases. We process contact and dedication details to take steps at your request and fulfil the contract, billing records for legal obligations, and limited security logs for our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. Optional marketing requires separate consent and is off by default. Necessary service emails are distinct from marketing preferences. Required fields are needed to process the request. Recipient names and dedication text are provided by the person placing the order. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.
Data and recipients. We collect the buyer email, dedication and recipient text, order history and, for physical delivery, the required recipient address and contact details. Payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by ISDORA. We use netcup for hosting, Brevo for service emails, Dynadot for our support mailbox, Stripe for payments and, for physical orders, Sendcloud and the selected carrier. AI-assisted booklet personalisation may send names and dedication text to OpenRouter and the selected model provider. We do not sell your personal data. Payment, shipping and AI providers receive the relevant data only when those services are used. Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area using applicable adequacy decisions or contractual safeguards; contact us to request information about these safeguards.
Visibility. Aliases and astronomical object identities may be public. The dedication page is accessible using its private link or QR; it is not an account-protected secret once shared. Do not include sensitive information about yourself or another person. Only provide recipient information you are entitled to share. Recipient rights and applicable information duties remain in force.
Retention. We retain service data while providing the service and the historical keepsake requested. Incomplete requests are deleted after 90 days. Commercial records are retained for the applicable legal periods, generally six years from the last accounting entry, and longer where an obligation or claim requires it. You may withdraw marketing consent and request erasure, except for records we must legally retain. Access to backup copies is restricted; copies are rotated and are not used for marketing.
Rights. Request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection by emailing contact@isdora.com or through the private management link. You may withdraw optional consent without affecting earlier lawful processing and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). Identity checks will be proportionate. No customer account is required.
